Delivery Information

Delivery: Once your order is placed and paymet made we will contact you with a delivery time. For all items in stock we guarantee to offer you a delivery date wihin 7 days.

Pick Up:
If you choose to collect your item you may do so by appointment at our store within our opening times (8am-5pm Mon-Saturday), to do arrange an appointment please call us on 01534 632826 or by email at info@sleepjersey.com. Once you have made payment we will have your item/s ready to collect no more than 1 working days later.

Free Delivery:
Sleep Jersey aims to maintain good stock levels to ensure minimal delivery times. Due to the size and handling complexity of our products, we'll arrange delivery times directly with each customer. Please provide a contact number for us to discuss the delivery schedule. We will offer you a delivery slot within 10 working days of receipt of payment.

While we strive to place the mattress in your preferred room during delivery, we can only commit to delivering it to your address. This is to mitigate complications and associated risks with certain houses, such as narrow corridors and obstructing furniture and objects.
